The "J" actually sounds like an "H." Why don't we just spell it that way? We were hoping you could tell us. In addition to the scrambled eggs, this wrap is filled with guacamole, pico de Gallo (pronounced Peekoh-dee-guy-oh) & sour cream.

Two poached eggs atop two slices of Canadian bacon (Thanks Canada, we love you!), resting on two halves of an english muffin and smothered in creamy Hollandaise sauce (AKA Dutch sauce). Holly sauce (as we lovingly refer to it) is an emulsion of egg yolks & butter with a deliciously high calorie count, but you won't care.
It's a southern thaang, designed to put meat on your bones. We don't pretend to do it as well as the South, but we are pretty proud of our homemade biscuits and hearty sausage gravy.
This breakfast plate was formerly know to WWI military personnel and their families as S.O.S. (Sh*t On Shingles). It's easy to see why one might not want to to associate the former name with an actual meal. Our homemade C.C.B. (not as catchy though is it?) is creamy, delicious and served over toast (the "shingles" part refers to roof shingles, just so you know.)
